What does Tint & Twinkle sell?
Makeup and artificial jewellery, hand-picked and checked before it goes out. Everything is in stock in Pakistan and ships from us directly — nothing is drop-shipped from abroad.
How much is delivery?
Rs 200 flat anywhere in Pakistan. Orders over Rs 2,000 ship free. Our minimum order is Rs 500.
How long does delivery take?
TBD — confirm this once your courier account is open, then replace this answer in the theme editor.
How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, or direct bank transfer confirmed over WhatsApp. We do not take card payments yet.
Can I return something?
Yes, if the item arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send the unboxing video — we need it to raise the claim. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back used makeup outside of those two cases.
Are the products genuine?
We buy from established local distributors and check every piece before it is packed. If anything looks wrong when it reaches you, message us and we will sort it out.
